Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes; provide supervision, mentorship, and student wellness, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting, and transition from flexible to placed houseparent. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Willingness to lead daily devotions and accompany to Chapel
