PA/Caregiver

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) totaling about $168,000 per couple, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requirements include experience with youth, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with eligibility to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus plus coverage of Judeo-Christian Chapel services; both spouses must apply separately.
