PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to about 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and eligibility for benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications and be at least 27 years old. Location: Hershey, PA, US (on-campus housing in student homes).
