Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising ~8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Roles transition from nine days on / three off to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses aged 27+, legally married for at least two years. On-campus housing with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications and apply.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
