Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent couple will reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and development support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
