PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor ~813 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead development activities and devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on, three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing/ meals on duty. Both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old to qualify; a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans required; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; strict campus rules on smoking, weapons, and alcohol; Judeo-Christian chapel involvement.
