Job Summary
Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
