Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person couple living on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and structured daily routines for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. The salary is approximately $44,768 per person (roughly $168,000 total per couple) plus benefits.
