PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, student scheduling, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in the same student home. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, ages 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
