Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent position at Milton Hershey School located on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, including supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and coordinating household routines and budgeting. The schedule starts with a nine-on/three-off cycle, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requirements include youth-related experience, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
