PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married-couple role located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational activities. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Other constraints include no more than three dependent children in the student home, smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and lifting ability up to 50 lbs.
