Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes: a two-person married couple resides with 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, guidance, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Requires youth experience, clean lifestyle expectations, and ability to obtain driving certification for student transport; two spouses must apply individually to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Sunday Chapel
