Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and coordinating budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent placement in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and adhere to campus policies on alcohol, smoking, and weaponry.

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
