Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; comprehensive benefits included. Required Qualifications
