Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples residing on campus to supervise and care for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting. Initial eight-to-nine day on-duty schedule followed by transition to a Placed Houseparent role; on-campus housing and meals provided while on duty; relocation assistance and paid training offered; comprehensive benefits package. Requires two-year marriage, both spouses age 27+, HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete separate applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Willingness to live on-campus with students
- Couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, no alcohol on duty
