Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent team at Milton Hershey School, located on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor approximately 813 students living in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training.
