Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) reside on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse married couple
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Desire to lead devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
