PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role located on Milton Hershey School campus, where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires both spouses to apply and meet age and family requirements; benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive insurance options, and other housing/meal provisions. Responsibilities emphasize supervision, mentorship, transportation, faith-based activities, and organizational duties in a structured residential setting.
