PA/Caregiver

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They will reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-day-on/three-day-off cycle to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student group. Requires HS diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married partnership of at least two years with both spouses age 27+.
