PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; the role is designated for a legally married two-person team where both spouses must complete individual applications. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, and PTO; salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple).
