Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee household budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine days-on, three days-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement into a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and being a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. The posting offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Accommodation includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more, with a total reported compensation of approximately $168,000 per couple. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Living on campus in on-site homes with supervisory responsibilities
