Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents posted by Milton Hershey School to reside on campus in Springdale, OH, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older for each spouse, and ability to meet on-campus housing and safety requirements; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience with youth and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
