Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, full-time) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the commitment of both spouses who are legally married (ages 27+) to apply and work together. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Completed individual employment applications by both spouses
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
