Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School (on-campus) located in Hershey, PA (per description) to reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, two-person role; both spouses must apply
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Completed individual employment applications by both spouses
Additional Requirements
- Couples-based role; both spouses must apply separately
