PA/Caregiver

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents located on campus in Roseville, CA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and active engagement in developmental activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person and total compensation for a couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications emphasize experience with youth, a two-person married-couple requirement, age minimums, driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with emphasis on integrity and professionalism.
