Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple position residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and development support, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and manage household routines and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a persistent houseparent assignment. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; requires on-campus living and a high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
