Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on an on-campus student home to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care, plan activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, administer medications, manage household routines and budgeting, and drive students to activities. Requires legally married couples, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with transitional placement to a placed houseparent role. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple total), with paid training and time off. Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse household role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Comprehensive background check and suitability for working with youth
