Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students living in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transporting and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a flex assignment to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the commitment of a legally married couple to work together in the same home; both spouses must be age 27 or older. Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse collaboration requirement (both spouses must apply)
- Valid U.S. driver's license

- Smell-free and weapon-free campus adherence
- Two-person married couple (two years married)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
