Job Summary
PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus residential program. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating student schedules, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with same student group. Requires two-person, married couple teams, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with vehicle-driver certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
