Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and activity planning for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. This two-person, married-couple role includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; consideration requires both spouses to complete individual applications.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Must be legally married for at least two years
