Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus care role for married couples living in student homes; provide supervision, mentorship, activities planning, worship participation, and daily household management for 8–13 youths; includes driving duties, medication administration, budgeting, and chore scheduling; later transition to a placed houseparent with a stable student-home assignment; requires both spouses to apply and be approved individually; relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing and meals included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
