Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, household routine management, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions/chapel; role includes budgeting/reporting duties and a planned schedule (nine days on, three off) with eventual placement in a single student home, plus relocation and paid training benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Two-person couple role; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
