Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, Devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting for a group of 8–13 students. The role initially follows a nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home as a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and meet youth-services experience and driving-certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples (married)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Commitment to campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications (both spouses)
