PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Qualifications require experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years who are both age 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans; adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple including housing and meals), with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
