PA/Caregiver

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and participation in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and report duties, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual on-going assignment in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; candidates must complete individual applications. Additionally, the role is a two-person, married-couple position with age requirements for both spouses.
