Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes, supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for a two-spouse, married-couple application process; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-year married requirement for the couple
- Spouses age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
