PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
