PA/Caregiver

Two-person, fully staffed role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, household routines, and student wellness support, including medications administration, driving to activities, planning development and recreation, leading daily devotions, and Chapel attendance. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Must have experience with youth and maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Opportunities to transition to a placed houseparent role and to work in Hershey, PA or Hinds County, MS.
