Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School: married couple lives on campus in student homes, provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting; nine days on duty followed by three days off; eventual transition to placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse marriage for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
