Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, and transportation for activities; responsibilities include devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
