Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially scheduled for nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires two-year married couples, age 27+, High school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and ability to lead religious activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
