Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in a two-person, married-couple team to care for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a flexible assignment to a placed home with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSAs, retirement plans, PTO, and housing/ meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel

- On-campus housing provided
- No alcohol on duty

- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
