Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students, manage daily routines and budgets, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role; compensation is per-person $44,768 with relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a smoke- and weapon-free campus. The role requires a two-person, legally married couple aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
