PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement into a single student home as a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; training provided; and paid time off. This is a two-person, fully on-site role for a legally married couple, with requirements including a high school diploma or GED, age 27+, and a valid driver’s license.
