Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and can transition to a placed houseparent in a single student home. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel
- Proficiency in supervising and caring for youth
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
