PA/Caregiver

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on-campus in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
