Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate as part of school housing benefits. Salary per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; opportunity for full-time, on-campus housing and duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Comfort leading student devotions and chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
