PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable home with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (~$168k per couple), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. The role requires two married spouses (minimum two years), age 27+, valid driver’s license, and ability to meet campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, alcohol-free on duty).
