Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on-campus to supervise and nurture groups of 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, medication administration, scheduling, transportation, and leading devotions/Chapel, transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a stable placed-houseparent assignment; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
