PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students, including administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role over time. The position is a two-person, married-couple role with relocation assistance and paid training, offering comprehensive benefits and housing, meals, and utilities included.
